Our automatic carton sealers not only tapes the top and bottom of the box, but also automatically closes the top major and minor flaps of the box as well. The operator simply loads the product into a box (with the bottom flaps folded in) then presents it to the automatic carton sealer, the sealer will fold both sets of top flaps, then seal the top and bottom of the box. Air supply is required to operated automatic carton sealers.  .Random Carton Sealing MachinesRandom Carton Sealing machines work great when sealing boxes of different sizes throughout the production run. Random Carton Sealers automaically adjust to the height and width of the box to be sealed, enabling it to seal various size boxes in random order without an operator having to adjust for each size box. Most random style carton sealer utilize pneumatics to adjust to the size of the box being presented, therefore an air compressor is needed with most random carton sealers.Automatic Carton Sealer: An automatic carton sealer incorporates a flap folding device to fold the upper flaps of a carton before sealing. The automatic carton sealer does not require a person to fold the upper flaps, The box is presented to the machine with the top open. The carton sealer then folds the minor and major flaps before sealing the carton.Sem-Automatic Carton Sealer: A semi-automatic carton sealer is a standard style carton sealer.
