The CE-215 industrial heat shrink tunnel delivers controlled, even heat for clear, protective shrink packaging. Far-infrared quartz heating tubes and circulated hot airflow help maintain a stable tunnel temperature, while intelligent temperature controls and adjustable conveyor speed let operators fine-tune the finish for different products and films.

Use the CE-215 after a compatible film sealer to shrink film closely around products for a clean, transparent package that helps protect against moisture, dust, scratching and marring. Independently rotating conveyor rollers improve shrink coverage on the bottom of the package.

Manual-backed operating guidance

A typical starting temperature is 150–170°C, then temperature, conveyor speed and lower heat are adjusted based on the film, package size and finished result. Wrinkles can indicate temperature is too low or conveyor speed is too fast. Film breakage can indicate temperature is too high or conveyor speed is too slow. Do not set the machine above 200°C.

After production, turn off the heat first and allow the conveyor and fan to continue running while the tunnel cools. This helps extend heating-element life. Installation requires a level surface, the correct 220V power source and a secure ground connection. Electrical setup and maintenance should be handled by a qualified professional.
