The CE-ME-109 linear weigh filler is a programmable net-weigh scale for accurately filling bags, jars, pouches, and similar containers with dry, free-flowing particulates. The machine fills a weigh bucket to the programmed target, pauses to allow product to settle, then releases the measured product through the selected funnel.

Accurate net-weigh filling for dry products

The standard ME109 series covers approximately 1 oz to 5 lb, with the actual working range determined by the bucket, funnel, product, and system configuration. It is well suited to coffee and other dry, free-flowing particulates that need repeatable weights and controlled filling.

Programmable control with simple daily operation

• Recall a program and run: Factory-installed programs are tuned to the supplied product sample. Operators can recall the appropriate two-digit program, empty the weigh bucket, and press Run.
• Bulk and dribble filling: The feeder runs at bulk speed until the bulk cutoff, then uses dribble speed to approach the target weight.
• Check Delay: A programmable pause lets product in transition settle before the final weight is evaluated, balancing accuracy and throughput.
• Setpoints and subroutines: Target weight, bulk cutoff, feeder speeds, bucket timing, check delay, and other operating instructions can be stored in each program.
• Supervisor access: Program access controls help prevent accidental changes to speed and accuracy settings.
• Continuous production: In Run mode, the scale continues filling and dispensing until the operator presses Stop.

Modular buckets and funnels

• Quick-disconnect bucket and funnel mounting supports convenient changeovers.
• Open utility funnels support flat bags that do not need forming before filling.
• Side-gusset and quad-seal bag funnels help form and open bags with square or flat bottoms.
• Stand-up pouch funnels support doypouches, stand-up pouches, and bottom-gusset bags.
• Custom funnels can be configured for unusual bag formats and applications.
