The CE-S7 dual-lane vibratory linear weigh filler is designed for higher-throughput dry bulk filling, product blending, and integration with automatic bagging equipment. Two independent weighing lanes feed a shared discharge point by default, allowing both lanes to work together for faster fills or to combine two products in one container.

Two lanes for speed, flexibility, and blending

Each lane has its own feed pan, vibrator assembly, weigh hopper, and controller. In synchronous mode, both weigh hoppers dump together, which is useful for larger combined fill weights or mixing two products into the same container. In asynchronous mode, each lane dumps independently when it reaches its target, allowing the operator to run lanes separately.

Choose the operating mode for the job

• Automatic mode: Enter the target weight and let the controller adjust bulk and dribble parameters as it learns the product flow.
• User mode: Set bulk speed, bulk cutoff, dribble speed, dribble cutoff, target weight, check limits, settle time, and drop-gate timing for direct process control.
• Lane-by-lane setup: Each controller can be tuned separately because product flow and gate settings may vary slightly between lanes.
• Synchronous dumping: Dump both weigh hoppers at the same time for combined weights or two-product blends. Auto dump can be used in this configuration.
• Asynchronous dumping: Dump lanes independently when each lane is ready. The operator uses the footswitch for each lane in this configuration.
• Repeatable jobs: Save and reload job settings for different products, weights, and container formats.

Built for flexible production lines

• Large stainless steel supply hopper provides approximately 5.1 cubic feet of product capacity.
• Two supply hopper gate sizes help tune material flow into the feed pans.
• Common central discharge funnel is standard, with individual discharge funnels or chutes available for compatible applications.
• Optional dribble gate restricts product flow during the final dribble stage.
• Bagger and conveyor integration can be configured for compatible applications.
• Footswitch operation supports starting and pausing cycles, with separate lane behavior based on the selected dump mode.
• Tare and calibration functions help operators verify weighing performance with a known weight.
• All product-contact surfaces are stainless steel.

Typical applications

Use the CE-S7 for dry bulk products such as nuts, pet food, seeds, grains, powders, food additives, and similar materials. It can fill one product at higher speed, combine two products in one container, or run two different target weights through its dual lanes. Actual performance depends on product flow, density, target weight, container, lane mode, and setup.

For best results, set up and tune one lane at a time, adjust one setting at a time, and run several cycles after each change. Calibrate each weighing system with a known weight and save the job after making changes.
