      Cleveland Equipment highly recommends that you keep all of your original packaging. This is precautionary to ensure you have what you need if the machine has to be sent in for repair.

      Notice to Liquid Filler Customers:
      All Piston Filler equipment is boxed or crated. It is cleaned and prepared for shipment; however, all machines MUST BE CLEANED and SANITIZED before they are put into production. Cleveland Equipment highly recommends that every customer run the filler with water and that you would familiarize yourself with the equipment before you place your actual product into the machine.

    • Replacements

      Cleveland Equipment at its sole discretion will decide whether a product will be repaired or replaced. All efforts will be made to repair product before any product will be replaced. There is no time limit restraints on Cleveland Equipment repair efforts.

    • Cancellation

      Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the order ships.

      If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued by which method the order was originally charged.
      All refunds on unshipped products will be processed within 7 days.
      If a cancellation is placed after the order ships it is up to the customer to refuse the package. Once the refused package is received to the refund department a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the refused package. Customer will be charged full shipping charges both ways, NO EXCEPTIONS.
      Cleveland Equipment reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if company sees fit.

    • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Personal and Business Checks: 

All checks are held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped. Returned check will be charged a $50 USD return check fee.
Counter checks will not be accepted.

Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks:  

Must be sent in US funds.

Credit Card Payment: 

Credit card payments will incure a 3% processing fee.

    • Warranty

      Warranty is void if user

      a) Does not operate the machine strictly according to instructions.

      b) Take apart the machine privately. We will still repair the machine on the condition of charging a fee.

      The warranty period covers the mechanical and electrical components for a period of

      a) 1 Year Warranty – All Case Taper Machines, Piston Fillers, Dry Filler Machines, Continuous Band Sealers,  Shrink Tunnels, Carton Erectors, Tube Sealers, and Rollbag Machines.

      b) 90 Day Warranty – All hand sealers, Foot sealers, L-Bar Sealers, and Hot Code Printers 



      Warranty excludes wear items such as, but not limited to: belts, O-rings, seals, heating elements and Teflon tape.
      If the machine has to be returned to our office for repair, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Cleveland Equipment.
