The machine features one (1) seal bar that is approx. 10" wide. The open area in the chamber is about 10" x 13.5" (this does not include the area taken up by the seal bar). Simply set the optimal vacuum time, sealing time, cooling time, and sealing temperature for your bags and away you go.
