Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Replacements
- RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS - PRODUCT MUST BE NEW IN BOX AND NEVER USED AND 100% RESALABLE AS NEW - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Customer must obtain a return authorization number. Customers must call 1.866.520.3248 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
- PRODUCTS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED THE DELIVERED SHIPPING FEE PLUS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for products. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Customer will be charged for any damage found upon receipt of the returned product.
- Once a return is received the refund process will take no more than 30 days.
- Machines must be in their original packaging to be returned.
