  • Shipping & Delivery

    Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
    We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Returns & Replacements

    1. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS - PRODUCT MUST BE NEW IN BOX AND NEVER USED AND 100% RESALABLE AS NEW - NO EXCEPTIONS.

    2. Customer must obtain a return authorization number. Customers must call 1.866.888.6327 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.

    3. PRODUCTS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED THE DELIVERED SHIPPING FEE PLUS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

    4. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for products. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    5. Customer will be charged for any damage found upon receipt of the returned product.
    Once a return is received the refund process will take no more than 30 days.

    6. Machines must be in their original packaging to be returned.
