The Model CE-900VS is a continuous band sealer suitable for sealing up to 3 mil plastic film bags used in the food, medical, chemical and industrial industries.
The variable speed conveyor supports the bag as Teflon bels draw the bag between the heating elements. An embossing wheel (plain, reticulating or dated) then seals the bag closed.
A cooling fan expedites the sealing process. The conveyor height is adjustable to accommodate various length bags.
