This 12-inch plastic tabletop inline conveyor provides a broad, stable conveying surface for wide containers, grouped products and packaged goods moving between production stations. The low-friction acetal plastic belt and variable-speed control support smooth product movement through filling, capping, labeling, coding, inspection and packing operations.

The stainless steel frame and welded dual-post base are designed for lighter and heavier production loads. Toolless guide-rail brackets simplify product changeovers, adjustable leveling pads stabilize the conveyor, and transfer end plates help products transition smoothly at the infeed and discharge.

Production-Line Applications

The 12-inch belt gives wider products more surface support as they travel between processing or packaging equipment. Use it with liquid fillers, cappers, labelers, coders, inspection stations, accumulation tables and hand-packing areas. Operators can adjust the rails without tools and tune the conveyor speed to manage spacing and reduce backups.

Setup and Care

Install the conveyor on a firm, level surface and adjust the welded-leg bases until the machine is stable. Set the guide rails for the product being conveyed and verify the required voltage before connecting power. During cleaning, do not spray water on the motor, speed control, flange bearings or electrical connections. Disconnect and lock out power before service or adjustment.
