This 7.5-inch plastic tabletop inline conveyor provides a wider, stable conveying surface for bottles, jars, cans and containers moving between filling, capping, labeling, coding, inspection and packing stations. Its low-friction acetal plastic belt and variable-speed control help maintain smooth, controlled product flow across an automated packaging line.

A stainless steel frame and welded dual-post base support lighter and heavier production loads. Toolless guide-rail brackets make container changeovers faster, adjustable leveling pads help stabilize the conveyor, and transfer end plates support smooth transitions at the infeed and discharge.

Packaging-Line Applications

The 7.5-inch belt offers more support for wider containers while keeping products aligned between liquid fillers, cappers, labelers, coders, inspection points, accumulation tables and hand-packing stations. Operators can adjust the rails without tools and tune conveyor speed to control spacing and reduce backups.

Setup and Care

Install the conveyor on a firm, level surface and adjust the welded-leg bases until the machine is stable. Set the guide rails for the container being conveyed and verify the required voltage before connecting power. During cleaning, do not spray water on the motor, speed control, flange bearings or electrical connections. Disconnect and lock out power before service or adjustment.
