Bottle-Matic OS 16" Bottle Label Applicator

The Bottle-Matic OS 16" Bottle Label Applicator is a semi-automatic labeling machine for cylindrical containers. Insert a container and the label is applied at over 4.5" per second, so most water bottles are labeled in under two seconds. Remove the bottle, insert the next, and once the operator finds a rhythm the machine runs at up to 1,200 pieces per hour.

The 16" wide frame accepts tall containers, including large 3 liter wine bottles, and the optical version includes all available options.

Container capacity

• Diameter: .5" to 8"
• Height: 2" to 15"
• Containers under 3/4" in diameter require TALL roller blocks, which must be requested at the time of purchase

Label requirements

• Labels must be on a 3" core, with a maximum roll diameter of 9"
• Approximately 1/8" gap between labels
• Copy position 3 or 4, with position 3 recommended
• Label thickness of 1 mil or greater
• Label length over 1 1/2"
• Label width for the 16" model: 2" to 15" wide

How it works

1. Load the label roll and set the container guides.
2. Insert the bottle or cylindrical container.
3. Bottle-Detect® triggers application automatically at over 4.5" per second.
4. Remove the labeled container and insert the next one.
