The CE-21ER Semi-Automatic Round Bottle Label Applicator applies pressure-sensitive labels to round bottles and other cylindrical products. The operator presents the bottle on the support rollers and presses the footpedal to start label application. The machine dispenses the label as the bottle turns, and a top wipe-down brush presses it onto the surface.

This is a semi-automatic labeler: the operator loads and removes each bottle and initiates each labeling cycle with the footpedal. It is not an automatic conveyor-fed bottle labeler. Made in the USA, the CE-21ER offers a workbench labeling solution for batch production and businesses moving beyond hand-applied labels.

How footpedal-operated bottle labeling works

1. Adjust the open carriage and support rollers for the round product.
2. Position the bottle on the rollers beneath the label dispensing area.
3. Press the footpedal to initiate the labeling cycle.
4. The machine feeds a label onto the turning bottle, and the wipe-down brush presses the label into contact with the surface.
5. Remove the labeled bottle, present the next bottle, and press the footpedal for the next cycle.

The label-gap photo eye controls where the label web stops. It does not replace the operator's footpedal trigger. Actual production output depends on product handling, label size, and the operator's loading rhythm; no bottles-per-minute rating is specified here.

Tool-free changeovers and open-carriage loading

The open carriage makes it easy to present bottles, jars, cans, and other round products that roll freely on the supports. Tool-free bottle-support adjustment helps change between product sizes. Fully adjustable unwind tension supports label feeding, while the waste rewind spindle collects the used backing paper.

Label compatibility and application assistance

Labels need gaps on the backing liner for label sensing. All clear labels must be tested. For application assistance, provide bottle diameter, bottle shape, label width and length, and label material. Products below the standard 1-inch diameter range require testing before suitability can be established.
