The CE-225 mesh conveyor heat shrink tunnel is built for consistent shrink packaging with adjustable heat, conveyor speed and airflow controls. Products wrapped in compatible shrink film travel through the heated tunnel, where controlled heat conforms the film around the package for a clear, finished appearance that helps protect against moisture, dust, scratching and marring.

Its 31.5-inch-long tunnel has a 15.75 × 7.9-inch opening, making it suitable for products that fit within the tunnel and the 11 lb. conveyor load rating. The variable-speed mesh conveyor runs from 0–10 m/min, while separate temperature, heating-power, conveyor and fan controls let operators tune the process for the film and package.

Manual-backed operating guidance

The manual recommends setting the thermostat to approximately 170°C as an initial operating point, preheating for 5–10 minutes, and then turning on the fan. Because temperature and conveyor speed affect one another, operators should test and adjust both settings until the desired shrink result is achieved.

After packaging is complete, turn off the heating switch first and continue running the conveyor and fan for about 10 minutes before shutting down the machine. This cooldown procedure helps extend machine service life.

• POF: 130–170°C, 8–16 seconds, 0.03–0.10 mm film
