The CE-FIL-OF11 is an in-line automatic pressure overflow filler that fills every bottle to the same level, regardless of the interior volume of the individual containers. Overflow nozzles feed product into each container and return the excess to the holding tank once the liquid reaches the set fill level, so every bottle leaves the machine with a consistent fill line. PLC-controlled indexing runs continuous filling cycles without an operator for each cycle.

Overflow filling is the preferred method when containers differ in interior volume but must show the same fill level, a common requirement for retail-ready liquids. During each cycle the entry gate closes, containers are sensed in the filling zone, the nozzles dispense for the set fill time, and the discharge gate ejects the filled containers automatically.

Changeover and Operation

All changeover adjustments are made by hand: conveyor guide rails, indexing gates, neck guides, and nozzle positions slide and lock without tools. Nozzles align with the center of each container's neck and are positioned about 1/4 inch above the neck using the handwheel on the rear of the machine; lowering the nozzles increases the fill volume and raising them reduces it, because fill volume is set by fill time and nozzle position.

The touch screen controller stores up to 16 recipes, each with up to 100 filling-cycle parameters for recall, and password-protected user levels (Operator, Maintenance, and Administrator) guard restricted functions.

Installation and Care

Optional paid installation includes set-up and installation assistance to get the system up and running smoothly. The stainless steel frame cleans easily with nearly any solvent, and the operation guide includes daily and weekly maintenance checklists plus a troubleshooting guide for filling accuracy and nozzle drip.

This machine is not designed or intended for use in hazardous locations as defined by ATEX or the National Electrical Code, and it requires clean, dry compressed air.
