The CE-NLR1100 Automatic Tabletop Round Bottle Labeler with Bottle Indexer applies wrap-around labels to upright round bottles. It is an automatic labeler that can work independently as a standalone labeling station or as part of a bottle filling line. Its conveyor, bottle detector, bottle indexer, and wrap station handle the labeling process once bottles are presented to the machine.

Standalone labeling or bottle filling line integration

Use the CE-NLR1100 by itself on a suitable workbench for a dedicated labeling operation, with bottles supplied to its conveyor and collected after labeling. You do not need a bottle filling machine to use it as a standalone labeler.

For an integrated packaging workflow, the CE-NLR1100 can also serve as the automatic labeling station in a bottle filling line. Match conveyor transfer height, bottle spacing, container stability, and operating speed to the adjoining equipment. Standalone capability does not mean unattended bottle loading or collection; bottle handling depends on the surrounding setup.

How automatic round bottle labeling works

Bottles travel upright on the conveyor. The bottle detector senses an arriving container and triggers label application, while the bottle indexer supports product spacing. The wrap station rotates the bottle and presses the label around its surface. Adjustable conveyor and labeling speeds help match the machine to the container and label.

Label stock and clear-label requirements

Use non-perforated labels with approximately 1/8-inch gaps between labels on the specified core. Avoid clear backing. Testing is preferred for all label stock and required for all clear labels; a clear label sensor kit may be required. Review the downloadable label requirements before ordering printed rolls.
