The CE-S4 vibratory weigh filler system automates accurate dry bulk filling into bags and rigid containers. Product moves from the supply hopper across a vibrating feed pan into the weigh hopper, where the controller manages the fill cycle and helps you repeat saved jobs with less manual scooping.

Built for flexible dry bulk filling

Use the CE-S4 for products ranging from powders and granules to larger free-flowing parts. Common applications include coffee, rice, beans, lentils, popcorn, nuts, seeds, pet treats, beads, soap powder, dry bulk chemicals, and similar products. Final performance depends on product characteristics, target weight, container, and setup.

Automatic or operator-controlled filling

• Automatic mode: Enter the target weight and let the controller learn the product flow, then adjust bulk and dribble parameters for the fill cycle.
• User mode: Set bulk speed, bulk cutoff, dribble speed, dribble cutoff, target weight, and gate timing for hands-on process control.
• Repeatable operation: Save and reload job parameters for different products or container weights, then start each cycle with the footswitch.
• Calibration and tare functions: Zero the scale, verify a known weight, and recalibrate as needed for dependable weighing.
