The CE-S5 bulk vibratory linear filler system is a semi-automatic weigh filling machine for heavier dry bulk products. Place a bag, carton, or rigid container on the adjustable scale, set the target weight, and start the fill cycle with the footswitch. The machine meters product from its stainless steel supply hopper across a vibrating feed pan and through the discharge funnel into the container.

Accurate bulk filling with less hand scooping

Designed for bulk fills of approximately 10 to 75 lb, the CE-S5 helps move operations from manual filling to a more consistent, repeatable weighing process. Actual speed and fill performance depend on product flow, target weight, container, and setup.

Automatic learning or hands-on control

• Automatic mode: Enter the target weight and let the controller learn the product flow, then adjust bulk and dribble behavior for the job.
• User mode: Manually set bulk speed, bulk cutoff, dribble speed, dribble cutoff, target weight, and settle time when you want direct process control.
• Adjustable product flow: The supply hopper slide gate controls the depth of product on the feed pan. Two gate sizes are included to help tune flow for different materials.
• Repeatable jobs: Save and reload fill parameters for different products or container weights, with job settings retained when power is removed.
• Scale functions: Tare the container before filling and calibrate with a known weight when needed to maintain weighing accuracy.

Built for bags, cartons, and bulk containers

• Adjustable table height accommodates containers approximately 3 to 18 inches high.
• Table measures approximately 16 inches wide by 18 inches deep.
• Standard funnel opening is approximately 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches.
• Footswitch starts, pauses, and resumes the fill cycle.
• Large stainless steel supply hopper provides approximately 3.5 cubic feet of product capacity.
• All product-contact surfaces are stainless steel.
• Optional dribble gate helps restrict product flow during the final dribble stage. Compressed air is required only when this option is installed.
• Bagger and conveyor integration can be configured for compatible applications.

For best results, keep the product flow shallow and consistent across the feed pan, adjust one setting at a time, and run a few cycles after each change. Re-enter the Learn cycle after major adjustments to the supply hopper gate or feed pan angle. Review the supplied manual for setup, operation, calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting guidance.
