CFL200 Tabletop Compact Filling Line

The CFL200 combines bottle feeding, liquid filling, cap torquing, labeling, and product collection in one compact tabletop production line. It is designed for flexible small-scale production of low-viscosity liquids, helping operators manage multiple packaging steps in a space-efficient system.

Integrated Controls and Safety Features

All stations are controlled by a PLC with an HMI color touchscreen. Test, Manual, and Intermittent operating modes can be selected with the mode switch. The detecting system is designed to stop filling when no bottle is present and stop capping when no cap is detected. The system also includes an error alarm, emergency stop button, green start button, and counting system to track filling progress.

Capping and Labeling

The capping station includes one customized star wheel for precise bottle positioning and one customized capping head for consistent torqueing. The capping head height is adjustable, and an AC motor controls the capper to reach the required torque value for proper tightening.

The labeling station is designed for general round bottle labeling with labeling accuracy of ±1 mm. It accommodates bottles from 16–90 mm in diameter and 30–160 mm in height. Label sizes range from 10 × 10 mm minimum to 300 × 100 mm maximum, with a 75 mm inside-diameter and 300 mm outside-diameter label roll.

Stainless Steel Construction
