The Fischbein Empress Model 101 is a compact industrial tape sewing head for closing open-mouth bags made from paper, woven polypropylene, and jute. It uses a crepe-tape closure and is designed to integrate into bag-closing lines with compatible mounting pedestals, conveyors, power infeed systems, and other packaging accessories.

Built with heavy-duty metal components, low noise and vibration, and a patented pressurized self-lubricating system, the Model 101 is made for dependable production use with less routine maintenance. Its sewing speed is adjustable from 35 to 55 linear feet per minute, with a maximum operating speed of 55 feet per minute.
