PBC 6000 Pinch Paper Bag Closer

The PBC 6000 is an industrial hot-air pinch paper bag closer for production lines that close pre-glued, multi-wall paper bags. It creates the crease, folds the adhesive-coated flap, heats the adhesive, and compresses the finished fold to help produce a strong, sift-resistant closure.

The PBC 6000 is designed to integrate with manual or automated infeed systems and conveyor lines. Its carry-through belts guide the bag top through the creaser, folder, hot-air manifold, and compression section. The adjustable frame, height adjustment, casters, variable speed control, digital temperature control, and bag counter support repeatable production setup.

• Hot air activates the adhesive on pre-glued paper-bag flaps.
• Creaser wheels form the fold line before the flap enters the folder.
• Compression belts press the heated flap against the bag surface for bonding.
• An air scrubber helps clear dust and debris from the seal area before bonding.
