The IN-3000 Horizontal Continuous Band Sealer delivers fast, consistent heat seals on a wide range of plastic bag types — including mylar, poly, and composite films. Designed for production environments where uptime and seal integrity matter, this machine features a fully adjustable stainless steel conveyor, solid-state temperature control, and a built-in dry ink coder that prints lot codes, expiration dates, and batch information directly on the seal line — all in a single pass.

The horizontal feed orientation (right to left standard; left to right feed available as option) makes it ideal for inline integration with filling equipment or standalone tabletop operation. Knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and paired heating and cooling blocks ensure a clean, airtight seal every time — with minimal operator training required. Accepts vertical bag heights of 7.8–12 inches.
