This 4.5-inch plastic tabletop inline conveyor provides controlled product movement between filling, capping, labeling, coding, inspection and packing stations. Its low-friction acetal plastic belt creates a smooth conveying surface for bottles, jars and other containers, while variable-speed control helps synchronize product flow across the packaging line.

The stainless steel frame and welded dual-post base support both lighter and heavier production loads. Toolless guide-rail brackets simplify container changeovers, adjustable leveling pads help stabilize the conveyor, and transfer end plates support smooth container transitions at the infeed and discharge.

Packaging-Line Applications

Use this inline conveyor to connect liquid filling equipment with cappers, labelers, coders, inspection points, accumulation tables or hand-packing stations. Operators can adjust the guide rails without tools and tune conveyor speed to maintain spacing and reduce backups as containers move through the line.

Setup and Care

Place the conveyor on a firm, level surface, adjust the welded-leg bases until the machine is stable, and set the guide rails for the container being conveyed. Verify the required voltage before connecting power. During cleaning, do not spray water on the motor, speed control, flange bearings or electrical connections. Disconnect and lock out power before service or adjustment.
