The INP-3000 Vertical is a vertical-configuration continuous band sealer engineered for high-volume packaging lines that demand consistent, repeatable heat seals. Designed for vertical operation, it accommodates filled bags from 7" to 12" in height and delivers fast, airtight seals on a wide range of plastic bag types — including mylar, poly, and composite films — with a built-in dry ink coder that prints lot codes, expiration dates, and batch information directly on the seal line, all in a single pass.

The left-to-right feed integrates seamlessly with filling equipment or operates as a standalone unit. Knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and paired heating and cooling blocks ensure a clean, professional seal every time — with minimal operator training required.
