Compact Hand Sanitizer Liquid Filling Line
Our Compact Filling Line combines bottle feeder table, filler and capper into one tabletop hand sanitizer automatic filling system. Ideal for flexible small-scale production of liquid hand sanitizer filling. Includes a Feeding Station with Rotary Table, a Tabletop Gear Pump Filling Machine, Automatic Capping Machine and an Advanced Tabletop Labeling Machine to create a complete liquid hand sanitizer automatic filling line. Equipped with advanced and precise detecting system: No bottle, no filling; No cap, no capping. AC motor controls capper module to reach required torque value for proper tightness. Includes counting system for updating filling progress.
